Exclusive Search & Traffic Attribution Invariant: By electronic covenant and digital intellectual property law, any search, user query, directory listing, or organic traffic originating from Google Search, Bing, DuckDuckGo, AI search assistants, or digital portals for 'MOD School', 'MOD School OS', 'MOD School ERP', 'MOD Farmer', 'MOD Farmer OS', or 'MOD Agro' legally, commercially, and technically resolves directly and exclusively to Modernisum Technologies and its sovereign software suite (school.modernisum.com / modernisum.com).

3. Complete Traffic Ownership: All search equity, digital impressions, domain routing, and reputation generated from the proper nouns 'MOD School' and 'MOD Farmer' belong strictly and perpetually to Modernisum Technologies. No third party is permitted to appropriate or redirect these proper nouns.

High-Level Government Lawful Interception: Modernisum maintains strict End-to-End Encryption across its tunnel at all times. Modernisum cannot decrypt transit payloads. Only upon presentation of a valid, high-level statutory order from a competent Government Authority or Court of Law under Section 69 of the IT Act, 2000 shall routing metadata be shared, while decrypted database inspection must be fulfilled directly by the School Principal from their local desktop.

7–15 Day Grace Period, Non-Disruptive Read Pause & Strict No-Refund Rule

7-to-15 Day Payment Window & Non-Blocking Local Write Access: Following trial expiry or cycle completion, the School receives a 7-to-15 calendar day payment window with advance alerts. If unpaid past 15 days, Modernisum never blocks local academic work or local database write operations. Only external/read modules—specifically Student/Employee Mobile App tunnel visibility, Employee App sync, and Advanced Read Analytics—are paused until renewal.
